CLASSES | WHAT ARE THEY?

AB & THIGH | 45 mins | Strengthening exercise around your abs, buttocks and legs.

1-2-3 FIT | 45 mins | A class designed especially for older adults and beginners. Includes aerobic workout, strength training, balance activities and flexibility.

1-2-3 FIT CHALLENGE | 45 mins | A gentler fitness class held in different environments.  Includes aerobic workout, strength training, balance activities and flexibility.

AQUA | 55 mins | High impact water based class aimed at increasing cardiovascular fitness, range of movement, flexibility and strengthening major muscle groups.

AQUACISE  | 45 mins | A light impact water based class specially designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, improve/maintain range of movement.  Perfect for pregnant women and the elderly.

BOXING | 45 mins AM & 1 hour 30 mins PM | A combination of cardio circuit and fitness boxing.

EASY GYM CIRCUIT | 45 mins | A gentle exercise workout designed for beginners of all ages and rehab.

FITBALL | 45 mins | A combination of core, balance and strength work out designed to target all muscle groups.

FITNESS CAMP | 1 hour  | A challenging group outdoor.indoor cardio and strength session with fun team events.  Burn the calories and have a SMASHING time.

GYM CIRCUIT | 45 mins | A class incorporating all muscle groups, cardiovascular, core strength and flexibility.

INDOOR CYCLE | 45mins | A cycling class which develops cardio-vascular capacity and works on toning and shaping the lower body.

PILATES | 1 hour AM & 50 mins PM | A great all over toning class with a heavy focus on core strength and postural awareness.

TIENO | 45 mins AM & 30 mins PM | A relaxation class whick included stretching and revitalizing your body.

ZUMBA | 1 hour Tues &Wed | 50 mins Mon  | A dance fitness class which fuses funky rhythms and easy to follow moves.
