Pop up classes start with a bang on Monday, 5 November offering a wide range of new, exciting fitness classes for you to experience. The series will conclude on Saturday, December 1st so make the most of it while you can!

Each Friday the pop up timetable will be released for the upcoming week, so keep an eye on your inbox and make sure to follow us on instagram and facebook. Printed versions will be available at reception for your convenience.
