  • My passion in health and fitness is encouraging people on their journey of health and well-being to achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life. I love what I do, and it is so rewarding to be part of someone’s journey, to see results, and making lasting lifestyle changes. I design programs tailored to meet the individual’s needs, whether it is corrective exercises, strength, cardio or just simply conditioning for an active life.

  • With 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Over the past 14 years, he has been an integral part of the Goodlife team, where his passion for strength and conditioning has inspired countless members to achieve their fitness goals.

  • With 15 years of coaching experience, I am passionate about helping people transform their lives through exercise. Specialising in both group and personalized training sessions, I leverage my background in sport and exercise science to create customised workout plans tailored to each client's unique goals. Dedicated to continuous learning and community engagement, I strive to inspire and support clients in achieving their full potential through fitness.
