Prices and terms and conditions are subject to change; we will endeavour to notify participants of any in advance of any changes.

  • If your child’s lesson falls on a public holiday (outside of the three weeks closure at Christmas) they are entitled to a makeup lesson within the following month. We highly recommend make-up lessons be booked as close to the missed lesson as possible. Please email to arrange this.

  • In the event a parent or guardian cancels a lesson via email and provides at least 2 hours notice, one make-up lesson will be offered. Make-up lessons must be used within one month of the original scheduled lesson, although availability of times cannot always be guaranteed. If a suitable make-up time cannot be arranged, a family swim pass may be issued for use in the outdoor 25-metre and toddler pools. Family swim passes must be issued by the Swim School and used within the current calendar year.

Make-up lessons will not be provided for absences that have not been notified to the Swim School via email. A minimum of two hours’ notice is required for group lessons and four hours’ notice for private lessons.

Make-up lessons do not carry over into the following year and cannot be redeemed during a class hold period or after a child’s enrolment has ended. Make-up lessons must be used while the child remains actively enrolled in the Swim School.

  • All children under three years of age must wear a properly fitted swim nappy for the duration of each lesson. Only children who are fully toilet trained are exempt from this requirement. In the event of pool contamination, significant cleaning costs and lesson cancellations will occur. Instructors reserve the right to deny pool entry to any child without an appropriate or clean swim nappy.

Children enrolled in Level 4 and above are required to wear goggles and a swim cap during lessons to reduce eye irritation and hair loss. Some activities will be conducted without goggles to support water confidence and safety skills.

Swim nappies, goggles, and swim caps are available for purchase at the front counter.

  • If cancelling Swim School enrolment - we require a minimum of one month notice in writing via email. Refunds for missed or cancelled classes will not be offered. Credits for cancelled lessons will only be issued if a child has missed lessons due to major illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate.
